Smooth & Refreshing

Cold Brew coffee is an endless list of possibilities but man does it just taste better when you’re out in the world buying it for an insane price. Why does making it home home just not taste the same? Then the Pandemic hit and our world became “you make due with what you can get”. After seeing this every time at the grocery store my curiosity finally gave in and I had to buy it and try it. Now I’ll be honest the main reason I never wanted to get it was the cost. It is costly at almost $3 a can. Yikes! However I do believe you get what you pay for and what you’re paying for here is a fantastic cold brew for home. Station Coffee is a Nitro Cold Brew meaning it’s infused with Nitrogen which results in a thicker, smoother texture and when poured quickly leaves a stunning creamy head (similar to a popular Irish stout) Never would I be able to create this kind of texture before in my own at home. I enjoy the subtle taste of coconut that does not overpower or affect the coffee flavour that I’m really after and again I can’t get over the texture and how smooth this drink is. It is so refreshing. It comes out of the can just black coffee but feel free to add any dairy or non dairy to your liking. I’ve tried this many ways but still always go back to pouring and drinking as is out of the can. Again, it’s too costly for me to be an everyday extravagance but I always grab one or two when I’m at the grocery store every couple weeks just to have in the fridge for when the mood strikes.
