This tea delivers on taste, but I'm unsure of whether I would buy it again. I tried it my usual way, with just a spoonful of sugar, and I think I ruined it. The tea smelled nice - its main ingredient is holy basil - and I think it would taste great without sugar in it (will update) but it is not for everyone as it is a savoury herbal flavour.

The health benefits are what attracted me to this tea initially. I think for those benefits alone I would buy this tea again.
