This is a green tea and I love to drink this when I have a sore throat. I simply add a teaspoon or more of raw honey to it. Mmm .. It feels so soothing and tastes delightful ☕️❤️ I love that I can resteep the same leaves for 3-4 times! The is really a great value :) I also loved that Steeped Tea is Canadian Business!
