love Stila go girl.

Love love this highlighg. I m olive skin tone and love this highlighter. Go smooth and stay all day and perfect glow in skin. Its the best so far i tried. Best value for money. I will buy again and again.

I bought the Stila All over Shimmer in the shade "Rose Gold Shimmer" and it's meant to be a wherever-you-want-it highlighter, but it's a very universally flattering shade, and looks great blended on top of blush for an extra glow.
It comes in a bottle similar to nail polish (with a little brush, so you "paint" it on strategically) which is a bit strange at first but the product looks great and lasts. However, I did buy it off Hautelook which is in american dollars so there was a bit of a price jump when it was converted into CAD.
I'd buy it again definitely, but a tiny amount goes such a long way that I don't think I'll need to for a while.
