For stila, I'm so disappointed! Chalky and no pigment!

I bought this palette at Winners after seeing what it looked like and I was so excited because I really thought I had gotten a deal on a stila palette. I got home and was trying to work with the palette, and I just couldn't get any pigment on my eyelids, no matter what I did. The shadows feel chalky and almost granular, and there is so little pigment payoff for all of your work, it isn't worth it. I spent nearly half an hour trying to get one colour to show up on my lids (the bright blue colour, which I thought would've had the most pigment) and in the end, I gave up! I was so frustrated and disappointed! I have other stila palettes and they're incredible, so pigmented and so easy to apply. I don't know if I just got a bad batch or if this palette just isn't worth it, but buyer beware on this one!
