Perfect for that extra pow you need!

I'm absolutely in love with still glitterati top coat. Put on any lipstick and then put this top coat over it. The glitter cannot be felt and feel like its cutting up your lips. If you rub your lips together you dont even feel it!. Its awesome to add that extra pow you need. You're able to add this glitter to any lipstick!.

Inaffective

I bought the Glitterati Top Coat from Stila (Transcend colour) thinking I love sparkles and it would be nice to add a little sparkle for my nights out. You get a fair amount of product for your money as it retails at $22 but as soon as the product is applied it fades and soon after I can barely see any sparkles. The pros were that it wasn’t a sticky Top Coat but it didn’t seal anything in either...it’s sorta like putting water on your lips with sparkles. Very disappointed and I usually love Stila products.
