Recommended by Sephora staff for a reason

This is the best liquid marker eyeliner I have ever used. It goes on smoothly with no bumps, last a long time without drying out, and stays put, as it is waterproof. It has a pointed felt tip, which makes it easy to do a cats eye. I have not tried the other liners in their “ink” line, but this one does it all for me. It is pricier, but it seems to last longer than any of the Maybelline, Revlon, etc types, so I think it almost makes up for that.
