A good read, that i don't regret reading at all. However it is a book that you know what is going to happen from the minute you open the front cover....

a good, interesting read, but not a surprising page turner

Great page turner, if you are looking for a serious read. It is informative as it provides an in depth view of Alzheimer’s Disease. Lisa Genova does a great job on describing the symptoms and emotions faced by victims of this terrible disease. Readers would also feel sympathetic towards the main character and her family members in this novel as her symptoms get progressively worse.

I really loved this book,"Still Alice" is a beautifully written, heartbreaking novel about the devastating affect Alzheimer's has on its victims and their families. "Still Alice" takes place over a short period of time (September 2002 to September 2005) and it is frightening how fast the Alzheimer's takes over Alice. A portion of the sale of each novel will go to the Alzheimer's Association. So if Alzheimer's has every effected anyone you care about you know how devastating it can be.This one is a must read

I bought this book when my Grandfather was struggling with strokes that brought about premature signs of dementia. I thought it might shed some insight into what it felt like to be him and how it would affect others in the family. I shared it with other family members too.

I highly recommend this book. Not only is it a touching story but it will help you understand what you're dealing with if you find a loved one or yourself in this situation.

I absolutely love this book. It is about a woman in her 50's being diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's and her journey to acceptance and the struggles with all the symptoms. There are many books and movies about people dealing with someone who has Alzheimer's but this book is in the perspective of the patient. You see her confusion and frustration as she starts to forget about everything that happens in her life, and eventually her children. You also see her pain and humiliation as she starts to lose control of her bodily functions. This book brought me to tears and it helped me to understand Alzheimer's better. I recommend everyone to read this book because we probably know someone or will know someone with Alzheimer's.
