It's a lower calorie product, just a good amount of proteins, taste is very good, often sold in liquidation .

This dinner has beef pot roast, roasted potatoes, onions, carrots, green beans and celery in it. It also has a savory beef gravy. That all sounded yummy to me. I love all of those ingredients. This product is very reasonably priced, and convenient for those times when you just don't have time to cook. This product is a great choice for a quick meal. I really likes this. Great for taking to work for lunch, or just at home anytime. It is full of flavor. It has tender beef, yummy gravy and great veggies! I could not find one thing wrong with this lean meal. You can't get much for lunch with $2.00, this is a great food choice.

I'm always looking for stuff to eat at work over the boring food hall food and this was such a good and tasty find. I bought it on sale (may also be regular price) at Walmart for about $2 CAD and for the price it's great compared to most lunches you'd be buying. I've even had it as a quick dinner. Although it isn't always filling you can have it along with a snack after and it's great. I'm pretty sure their products are portioned (like Lean Cuisine) for health reasons.

Moving on this is their Beef Pot Roast "hearty beef in a rich gravy". The gravy is definitely something I like and the only thing I will say is I wish there was a bit more, but I'm also a big gravy fan. The potatoes are pretty good and there has been a decent amount in the ones I've ate. This also includes sliced carrots, now I'm not much of a carrot fan, at all, but in this meal I don't find them half bad! The absolute best part for me is the beef, I think it's delicious. Sometimes I want to save it all for the end and save the best for last ;)
You can microwave this meal or use an oven.
