Brown rice, chicken, mix vegetables of carrots, red pepper, sugar snap peas, all in a Mild curry sauce that is sweet, tangy with a nice little spice. Great flavors 15minutes to saute or fry. Makes a complete stirfry meal, I add extra vegetables. Great amount in the bag, decent price for under 4bucks on Sale.
