Strepsils are the only product that give me relief when I have a sore throat. The only problem is the after taste lingers and I can't taste anything else for several hours later

Only the original Strepsils with antibacterial worked good.

Anaesthetic doesn’t work. I cannot find the original Strepsils in Canada anymore and now I order them from England. Only the ones with the antibacterial works amazing. The original cherry brand works immediately gets rid of bacteria at the slightest beginning of a sore throat. Has saved me from getting sick many times.

Awful taste

I got these when I had tonsillitis hoping that it would help with the soreness. I have used the cherry ones before and they worked however, the blackcurrant ones were awful. The taste is nasty, not like blackcurrant at all. I won't buy again and I wouldn't recommend them.

Strepsils Anaesthetic formula Blackcurrant with Antiseptic and gentle anaesthetic action work really well for sore throats. I used to get throat infections all the time as a child, and my doctor would always recommend Strepsils. I have not taken them in years, but on my last stock-up trip to the pharmacy, I picked up a box of 24 just to have on hand if needed. I am so glad that I did that, as I just recently had a cold that started with a sore throat. I used my Strepsils, and they really helped to ease the pain. From now on, these will be my go-to remedy for a sore throat, and they taste pretty good, too!
