Is minty fresh and leaves a cool taste afterwards. I enjoying chewing on a piece first thing in the morning and after meals. It helps with cutting down on smoking too! (my first smoke in the morning is over an hour after I wake up!!) I Love this brand, all flavours!!! 5 Stars Forsure!!!
