Attractive but Disappointing

I saw this bed in a Structube Showroom and it looked beautiful and felt solid. It was delivered but I didn't open the package immediately. When I finally assembled it, there was a broken rail, chipped footboard and missing bolts for assembly. This wouldn't be a huge issue if replacements didn't need to come from the other side of the country. We ended up fixing it ourselves but I was very disappointed.
