Nail Polish That Doesn't Last

This nail polish comes as a 2 piece set. The first color is one solid layer and the second has sparkles. You are suppose to add a clear topcoat. I didn't add a topcoat because I ran out. However, I my experience with this two piece set was not good. it began to crumble off after about 3 days, It looked bad. I had things to do and didn't have much time to focus on my nails. After 5 days I used fingernail polish remover to take off what remained on my nails. It was difficult to get remove and the polish left my nails unevenly stained. I am concerned that the crumbles of polish could get into my eyes or my clients' eyes; I work with kids.
