This is a heat defence blow out spray. It says it's 7 shine, 1 hold. Not sure what that means but i didn't notice any added shine or hold. It's an ok spray. I guess it's good if you are going to use a blow dryer. Just be careful of how you spray. Alot comes out of the nozzle and got on the floor and made my floor super slippery.
