I have heard a little bit about skin brushing and the benefits it has on circulation and cellulite control. I just have never broken down and purchased a brush. Needless to say, I was kind of skeptical and sometimes even still think about it as something strange. We brush animals, not people, you know?

So after I received this, I was extremely surprised at how GOOD it actually felt! It has now become part of my nightly routine before bed, because it helps me feel relaxed and I sleep better. I can tell that it exfoliates and my skin has become SO MUCH softer. Even my husband mentioned what a difference it has made. I have a nice, natural glow that isn't like a sun glow, but a healthy, happy skin glow.

I really like how it can be used daily and is used on dry skin. This one in particular is the travel brush, so it comes with this convenient carrying pouch. It also makes it easy for storage and keeping it clean. It has a strap on the back which makes it easy to put your hand through and brush away!

I start at my feet and work up, always brushing towards my heart and I DO NOT use it on my face at all. Sometimes, if I'm lucky, my husband will get my back for me and wow, is it ever SO MUCH better than someone scratching your back!

I just LOVE how it makes me feel altogether and am SO happy to add it to my skincare routine. I will definitely treasure this travel brush and get a full body brush too. Then I can brush my own back!
