Great alternative to sugar. One packet equates to 2tsp of sugar which is great. The box comes with 100 of these packets so it lasts for a while for a great prices. I add it to my coffees when I don’t feel like drinking them black. They don’t taste any different than when I used to add sugar but I’m happy knowing there are less calories.

Prefer tbr Stevia Twin

I prefer the Stevia brand over tbr regular sugar twin. The regular sugar twin is too sweet and has a chemical taste.
The stevia is much lighter in sweetness and doesn’t have the same chemical after taste.

Sugar twin is my favourite calorie free sweetener. It is the only one that I find that does not leave an after taste in my mouth. It is the one that tastes the most like real sugar.

I have heard that artificial sweeteners aren't good for you, but they are my guilty pleasure. I find they are sweeter than regular sugar, so I don't have to use very much. I am pre-diabetic, so I use these to help cut back on my sugar intake, and use them in moderation.
