When you need just a little bit extra on the plate

I bought this as an "extra". It is great as a side or as a garnish. I use it on top of my salad, on toast, as a spread on a sandwich, or even on crackers. It is great as a second option on a cheese and cracker plate as a dip ( as it is like salsa). Also great along or even on scrambled eggs.

I buy it every week and keep it in the fridge for when I need a little more on the plate. It is very versatile.
