It doesn't take up up too much energy and is better in efficiency than a kettle on a stove. It has an auto shut off that keeps it safe. I got the basic black for $20. There are fancier versions yet this works anywhere easily. There is a detachable cord. An on-off light indicator. A water level window and a capacity for 1.7 L. A good gift idea for yourself or others. It's practical!
