I took 3 pills once a day and saw a difference the first week. By week two even my 12 yr old noticed. I have vertical ridges in my nails. Significant deep ridges that makes my nail break easily. The ridges aren't totally gone after a month but they are much smoother. I just signed up for a monthly delivery. As Food City decided not to carry Sundown products any more. I'm a nurse and believe me when I say I have tried everything. This is the only thing that has worked for me. I don't seem to have as much hair falling out either.
