Messy, not individually wrapped

I usually get them in bundles of individually wrapped packages. Although not labelled, I assumed I would get individual packages in the big box and was disappointed to see a messy bulk display of cookies in one big plastic bag. This means having to repack the cookies myself into smaller bags to take for lunch or as a snack on the go. These will likely lose their crispness fast as they are all exposed to air instead of being in individual air tight packages. I would not buy this box format in the future.
