My friend gave this to me when I complained about having trouble flossing with braces on now that I didn't have a threader to use. I was pretty amazed with it since it comes built in with its own threader - but better, since you don't have to loop the floss through it you just stick it between your teeth as is (think of the end of a shoelace but a lot thinner and without the actual shoelace underneath). I don't use it for my braces, though, since I'd rather save it for when I get a permanent retained in (now those are hard to clean). It doesn't look like there's a lot inside, though (it says 50 uses, which considering how long regular floss lasts isn't that much). It also dispenses a bigger length than I'd like, but that's to be expected (since it does: thread, floss; thead, floss; etc). Perhaps the company should just make their floss a bit easier to cut sharper ends to so that it's easier to stick near the gums because as is it just isn't frugal for me. I also don't like how puffy the floss is (it does say it's puffy floss, too) mostly because I feel like I'm giving my gums a rope burn when I use it, but perhaps it wouldn't be so bad if the thread itself weren't so big. You know what regular floss looks like? Triple the size - all the way around. It's far too thick and it hurts to floss with - something I don't have a problem with using regular floss. For the price I don't know if I'll continue to use it, but I suppose I'll see how frustrated I get when I don't have it around to see just how much it's worth it.
