100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
Salad staple!
I recently discoverd these at Trader Joes while on vacation and thought they were amazing. It blemd of sprouted buckwheat, sprouted millet, chia seed, golden flax seed, red quinoa, shelled hemp seeds and amaranth.
I eat salads 1-2 a day and am always looking for new ways to change things up and add a little more nutrition. These were great! Even my husbamd who isn't a fan of seeds or nuts gave them a try. So far I have only tried them on their own or in salad they would be great added to granola or yogurt or both 😉. I will be making the hour drive to my nearest one when I run out.
