    I think it was gross but I understood where he was coming from to tell the facts of nutrition in general. If you eat fast food everyday you get really unhealthy. I on the other hand knew some of the facts because I was taught in grade 9 biology about good and bad fats and more. If you are interested in learning this may be a movie you may want to see.

    An interesting documentary, and worth a watch. It's pretty one sided though and I don't care for the preachy tone. But the message is true and pretty clear. On a personal note that coincides with this movie, my husband ate nothing but Mcdonalds for a year or so and he didn't gain any weight, but he did feel lethargic often, his skin wasn't that great, and he definitely didn't feel well over all. But everything is fine in moderation. And it's a fact of life that the cheapest food you can get is always the worst quality.
