I recently became seriously ill 01/01/2013 and now have a stoma due to having my large bowel and 30 cm of my small bowel removed with no previous signs or symptoms of bowel problems.

I have tried may products for ostomy care and find that Convatec has the best products on the market. This product fits over the stoma like a turtleneck so if the stoma swells or shrinks it does not leak inside the barrier.

My ileostomy hopefully will be reversible in the near future but I suggest if you have a permanent or even temporary ostomy this is the only ostomy product I would recommend.

It is a little pricey but well worth it due to quality.
