Great snack with low carbs

This bar has saved my diet a few times. Low carb, high fat which is great for Atkins or Keto. I’m no longer on the diet but continue buying because its a guilt free “chocolate bar” alternative. I like the high quality good fats, I found these were great while breastfeeding to keep my healthy fat intake.

Good for Keto

Decent bar for those into Keto. Taste is better than most. However other bars are more filling than this brand. Value is average. But good to try if you are looking for something new.

Good keto friendly bar and convenient

This is a great keto friendly bar and very convenient. I wasn’t in love with the taste but I would still eat it as it does the job. I prefer my own keto desserts but this does the job when I don’t have time to make any at home.

Great for a quick treat

I've been on a Keto diet for 2 months....I am happy to have these bars, i keep in the freezer and occasionally reward myself with 1/2 a bar as a treat. They are very dry, but when that chocolate craving hits (usually during shark week) they are very satisfying. Definitely keep them frozen...room temperature they are just nasty.

Was okay

Eating the way I do, I'm always on the lookout for a good source of natural fat products that are low carb and next to no sugar. These bars fit in that perfectly.
The taste is alright. I would highly recommend putting them in the freezer and eating them cold. They're much better. Without the chill they're dry and crumbly
