Very poor quality, no customer service or support

I had been a proud loyal customer of sweetleg leggings for years. Recently, I purchased a defective pair (these things happen) do I went to the sweetlegs shop snd the lovely employee yold me she could do nothing to assist and that I could contact Sweetlegs online.
I did this and sent photos and clearly showed the defective leggings and was told by Mataya she could do nothing to assist. I asked for a supervisor and them I emailed Addie who also asserted they do not give returns, exchanges or money back.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on Sweetlegs clothing and I cannot believe how the quality has declined and there is simply no customer satisfaction after they have your money.
BUYER BEWARE! Check all the seams, ensure the leggings don’t wrap around your legs unevenly, the legs are the same length etc. Once you invest your money no matter how much time you invest in trying to reason with them you could be left frustrated and disappointed.
The attitude I received was… whats the least we can do to make you go away!

A solid (printed pattern) choice!

I own more than 50 pairs of these leggings. I’ve been buying them for the last 4-ish years. As some others have said, their quality has changed a bit and (imho) isn’t the same as their earlier days. That isn’t to say it’s bad but some factors to know.
They are less consistent in their fabric stretch. Some pairs feel thinner than others. I find that the same size in different prints can feel tighter or stretchier. I also find their seams can be “rougher” on my skin sometimes.
I wash and dry (sometimes hanging sometimes dryer-ing - yep- I made that a word) as a not a busy person does. I wear these leggings 80%of the time at work and out of the house. (I’m a pj girl at home)
I haven’t experienced any transparency. A little pilling at the thighs of some older more worn pairs and maybe some pulling at seams but not danger yet! again on older pairs. I like that there’s not “Lycra sheen” in the light.
I find them to be an investment at their price point and as such I go through waves of ordering and then I don’t buy for 6+ months. I love the variety of colours etc and that the print shape doesn’t warp weirdly as the legging stretch around my body. It was a reason to buy honestly.
I am not interested in their tops at all due to price (crazy money!) and I can get tunics in the same fabric on another site (z-lily) for under $10

I enjoy the matching scruntchies and at $5 they are a fun gift add on.

So- splurge and get some and have fun with your look!

Cozy and cute!

I have four different pairs of leggings from sweet legs Canada I just ordered my fifth. They are true to size, very comfortable and cozy, and so cute!

Amazing value, selection, and so comfy!

These are awesome and man, do they hold up.
Nicely opaque; no worries about your panties peeking through.

Also good sports application: I use these as a baselayer in the winter and have jogged/ done yoga in them as well. Why spend $100+ on a set of lululemons that won't last you two wash cycles and fall down when you're running when you could get a $25 CAD pair of these suckers that will serve you for everything from interval training to winter hiking to lounging at home to work-wear?

Meilleurs leggings

Depuis quelques temps, les leggings Sweetlegs sont vraiment mes préférés. Ils sont doux, de qualité et le plus important, ils ne sont pas transparents (même lorsqu'on se penche fortement). J'aime beaucoup les différents motifs offerts sur le site internet (je possède quatre paires différentes et je les adore). Ils sont un peu dispendieux, mais parfois il y a des soldes avantageuses sur le site.

In a plus size women and its hard to find leggings that don't roll down on me and this company is amazing! I love these leggings so much! I highly recommend to all you plus size ladies!

Several holes on butt within a month

I bought plain black sweet legs for my mom for Christmas and it is now January 14th and she has several random holes in them! Not happy at all. Bought these for her thinking they’d last her and be comfortable and now they have more holes than her old ones !! Not impressed. Would not buy from here again.

Customer service is terrible from main company.

I have about 2 dozen pairs for my daughter and I and until recently I raved about them...until my last 2 pairs had manufacturers defects that were discovered beyond their 30 day "industry leading exchange policy". They offered me a small discount that would cost me more to replace them since I bought them during a 1 day promo sale! This is the response I received when I asked to purchase another pair for the same price that I paid: "Thank you for your reply. We are unable to accept returns outside of our 30-day warranty, so we have issued you a coupon code for a future purchase as a form of reconciliation." I am so disappointed in this company! And they say they pride themselves on customer service...this is not customer service.

i have SO many pairs!

I have been buying regularly for more than 2 years! I've purchased over 80 pairs for myself and my daughter. out of those.. I have had only 3 with little hole issues but one pair wasnt for well after a year of wear. I love that they have a 30 day warranty and exchange. the band comes up nice to my waist and never rolls down.
They are all I wear, made in to capri all summer, and with boots all winter. I feel like a real adult in them haha

I buy from a local distributor who runs a buy 10 get 1 free program!

Loyal Customer!!

I have bought between 16-20 leggings in the past 2-3 years from sweetlegs.ca. They have fun designs and have finally started selling solid colours in the past year. They are roughly $20 a pair, but they do have multiple deals throughout the year. You can comfortably bend over without worrying that your underwear will show through. When I first started buying them the length was perfect and the tightest was spot on, and they looked brand new even after washing and throwing in the dryer multiple times. In the past year they have gotten longer (I am 5'4" and don't care for the extra length), they now fit tighter (I've lost weight) and they don't wash so great anymore (and no, I do not follow the washing instructions so I do know that is my fault). Still highly recommend. Everyone needs multiple fun leggings!!
