    Very poor quality, no customer service or support

    I had been a proud loyal customer of sweetleg leggings for years. Recently, I purchased a defective pair (these things happen) do I went to the sweetlegs shop snd the lovely employee yold me she could do nothing to assist and that I could contact Sweetlegs online.
    I did this and sent photos and clearly showed the defective leggings and was told by Mataya she could do nothing to assist. I asked for a supervisor and them I emailed Addie who also asserted they do not give returns, exchanges or money back.
    I have spent hundreds of dollars on Sweetlegs clothing and I cannot believe how the quality has declined and there is simply no customer satisfaction after they have your money.
    BUYER BEWARE! Check all the seams, ensure the leggings don’t wrap around your legs unevenly, the legs are the same length etc. Once you invest your money no matter how much time you invest in trying to reason with them you could be left frustrated and disappointed.
    The attitude I received was… whats the least we can do to make you go away!

    Several holes on butt within a month

    I bought plain black sweet legs for my mom for Christmas and it is now January 14th and she has several random holes in them! Not happy at all. Bought these for her thinking they’d last her and be comfortable and now they have more holes than her old ones !! Not impressed. Would not buy from here again.

    Customer service is terrible from main company.

    I have about 2 dozen pairs for my daughter and I and until recently I raved about them...until my last 2 pairs had manufacturers defects that were discovered beyond their 30 day "industry leading exchange policy". They offered me a small discount that would cost me more to replace them since I bought them during a 1 day promo sale! This is the response I received when I asked to purchase another pair for the same price that I paid: "Thank you for your reply. We are unable to accept returns outside of our 30-day warranty, so we have issued you a coupon code for a future purchase as a form of reconciliation." I am so disappointed in this company! And they say they pride themselves on customer service...this is not customer service.
