This cookie is vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free and kosher pareve Pas Yisroel and is baked in a dairy, egg, sesame, peanut and nut free facility.

I am a huge S'mores fan so I secretly was having very high hopes on how this product would taste. That said, being a vegan product, I was reserved. I was surprised at just how good this cookie tasted. I was expecting a dry, bland and perhaps a lingering funny taste. That was not the case at all. The cookie seemed like it was fresh from the oven. It was soft and moist and very chocolaty tasting with absolutely no funny aftertaste. I like to write my thoughts about food as I am trying it. I finished the cookie before I finished the paragraph. I guess I liked it a lot. -lol- I couldn't get enough of it.

Ingredients: Dairy-free chocolate (organic evaporated cane juice, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, ground vanilla beans), organic evaporated cane juice, sunflower oil, vegan marshmallows (tapioca syrup,
evaporated cane juice, tapioca starch, water, carageenan, soy protein,vanilla), organic unbleached wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour,organic tofu, brown rice syrup, organic molasses, non-alum baking
powder, sea salt, vanilla bean, baking soda, cinnamon.

Not for those with soy and wheat (gluten) allergies.
