The activated charcoal craze is real! I purchased this bottle initially to try the DIY charcoal and almers glue peel off mask. It did a great job at pulling out my blackheads and white heads. I then tried it as a teeth whitener. I mixed a couple of capsules with some coconut oil, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and I brushed for 2 minutes and saw immediate results. I've only done it twice so far but my teeth are so much whiter I definately recommend.

When I bought these I had no idea it was for upset stomachs. I bought it to make face masks and to whiten my teeth.
I use it on my teeth and they feel amazing. My teeth already look whiter after just a few uses, and they feel so smooth.
My face felt so good, it felt smooth and tighter.

I use the charcoal capsules as a diy peel mask. Like a biore strip. Once the mask is peeled off you see what was on your face. Face looks brighter after.
