It is a good supplement to use. But as I have used it for short while I can not tell the effectiveness of it. I used to use the other cranberries supplements in the past and they really helped me.

couldn't stomach it

These smell SO bad. Imagine rotten cranberry garbage sitting out in the sun. They taste like it too. I tried to participate in this trial but couldn't. I swallowed it but the aftertaste lingered. I'm not usually squeamish but the scent, taste,experience of just taking the pills is worse than any UTI I've ever had. I'll just drink cranberry juice thanks.

Great for prevention of UTIs

I received a bottle of Swiss Naturel Cran-Max 250mg in exchange for my honest review. I’ve been testing these for a few days. I have on and off issues with UTIs. At this stage it is impossible for me to say if this product will work for me, but I’ll keep taking them as they are easy to swallow, with no undesirable side effects. I am symptom-free, but it’s still too early for me to know if this is due to taking the supplements. I plan on recommending these to a few family members who are also prone to UTI. My only complaint is how hard they are to find in store. I can order them online from specialty health stores, but I wish they were readily available at the pharmacy.
