Helped my bloating!

I’ve been taking the papaya tablets for 7 days now. Each time during my meal, I take 1 chewable tablets. I have noticed an improvements in my digestion. It really helped reduce any feeling of bloating, and discomfort after any meal, especially when I would have a heavy meal. Easy to chew and has a fruity taste. I have been really enjoying these supplements to reduce bloating and help me digest food better. I like that they are chewable, and easy to intake and incorporate in my diet. They have a pleasant fruity flavour and not weird aftertaste.

The chewable format is a definite plus, too, as it may offer faster relief than capsules or tablets. Chewable enzymes start breaking down in the mouth, allowing for quicker absorption and faster relief compared to non-chewable forms, which need to be broken down in the stomach before taking effect.
Also, not having to take chewable pills with water, unlike their non-chewable counterparts, reduces the feeling of fullness before eating, which can definitely help reduce bloating. Anyone dealing with chronic bloating knows that even a small amount of water with pills can make a big difference.

These enzymes are made from a single source, papain, which is great for those looking to keep their supplement routine simple and straightforward. Helps reduce bloating

I've always had a problem with bloating but after taking Swiss Natural's chewable digestive enzyme pills, I've noticed that the bloating has reduced. The pills don't taste bad and are easy to take with each meal. I would definitely recommend this product if you suffer from any of the above symptoms.

Reduces bloating

I’ve been using the Swiss Natural Papaya Super Enzyme supplements for the last week and about a week. Firstly as it’s a chewable I was very worried about the taste but the pills were very tasty with the papaya so they were super easy to take. I did find there was a reduction in my bloated feeling post meals. A great supplement.
