Great tasting but think I have a sensitivity to it

I received the Swiss Natural Super Papaya Enzyme (as a free sample to try out). I took the chewable digestive as enzyme with my 3 meal. The chewable table was very tasty and had no bad after taste at all. However, shortly after taking I developed a severe headache and loose stool. I thought it might be a coincidence, but it happened after every time I took it. I think I possible have a sensitive to one of the ingredients, which is unfortunate as I really liked the taste of these tablets.

This has helped my sensitive stomach

I have a sensitive stomach and some foods don't always agree with me. It's not unusual for me to have a stomach ache or feeling bloated. I have been taking Swiss Naturals - Papaya enzymes for several days now so that I can give am honest review.
These chewable pills have given me so much relief and I haven't felt that uncomfortable stomach pain since I've been taking them. I took them as directed, 3 times a day (1 per meal). I think these work better than other over the counter medication I've previously tried. I will definitely be repurchasing these again.

Good supplement

It's a well made supplement. Can't speak to how well my digestion was improved, but it was easy to take. Kind of apprehensive about the warnings on the label and tablet was slightly larger than average with a chalky exterior (rather than smooth), but no issues getting it down.

Easy digestion

I received the swiss brand papaya digestion chews for free to try and I love them.. They taste good and don't make my tummy hurt, I take them every time I have a meal and they really help to make things go down. And by a brand that I trust.

I never realized how often I struggled with digestive issues - particularly after heavier or spicy meals. Had the opportunity to try the Swiss Natural Super Papaya Enzyme for free in exchange for my honest option and have been using them the last little while and I was quite thrilled with the results.

These really helped with the bloating and discomfort caused by spicy meals - which I love but have had to avoid lately. The taste is good and I like the format of a chewable tablet so that I can take it anytime I need.

I just received this product for free and though it’s a bit too soon to tell… they seem to be helping with some of my digestive issues already. I’m loving the taste of these and because these are chewable, they make it easy to remember to take, especially if you’re on the go! Great Simple Enzyme for Mild Digestive Issues

I received this product for free from Butterly to review. This is the Super Papaya Enzyme by Swiss Natural.

Let’s start off with the pros. I love the chewable format. The enzyme tastes great and is really easy to take. I don’t take enzymes daily, I just take them with potential trigger foods (heavy cream, onions, etc. ). I took one enzyme with meals and I did notice a difference afterwards. I didn’t have cramps as I usually get when consuming onions. I find taking it regularly also helps to keep you regular too, so the enzyme is great for overall digestive health too.

Keep in mind that the enzyme only contains papaya. The current enzyme I’m taking is full spectrum and covers everything from digesting protein, carbs, fat, and fibre. Again though, this also depends on the severity of someone’s issues. Personally, the Swiss Natural enzyme worked for me for the most part. But when I eat something like heavy cream, that’s when I do need the full spectrum enzyme.

Overall, I think it’s a fantastic product for anyone who’s just looking for a simple, basic enzyme. I think it’s perfect for anyone who just suffers from mild issues and is looking for help with digestion. However, I feel that anyone who has more severe issues, may benefit more from a full spectrum enzyme.

I’m a girl who always bloats around the time of month. This month I barely noticed. Even after only a few days of taking these supplements I’ve noticed a small impact. I usually also have stomach pains and gas but it’s been really good lately!
