Awesome Low Calorie Drink!

I was at Trader Joe's and decided to get a Synergy Kombucha drink. I got the Trilogy flavor. It is so tasty. I love it so much already! I will for sure be trying out the other flavors.

Bought for homemade Kombucha

Ok, why buy something when it's that easy to make yourself? Kombucha fits into this category (along with mac and cheese). I bought the plain Kombucha to use in a home made batch. Well, I don't really like the taste of the plain version, but it is healthy, organic, etc. And it will get me what I want - homemade stuff. So good for you.

So healthy! So many health benefits. Great taste. Lots of different flavors to choose from. Kind of similar to a soda pop taste, without all the refined sugar! :)

Buy it from Costco for a cost effective drink.

I am new to Kombucha (fermented, raw, cultured tea) as a whole, but have always wanted to get in on the trend for the digestion benefits. I was surprised to find it really just tastes like juice (I tried "Guava Goddess") and was easy to drink. They warn you on the bottle by saying that since it is a live drink, you may find strands of 'culture' (Hold the vomit, I know). I don't know if it was in my head but my stomach started doing somersaults (in the best way possible). Not totally enthused by the price (I paid $5.50 at my local whole foods store but it goes for $4) though you are paying for quality, ultimately.
