I bought this since I don't trust cooking with our on a stove top. Wow this is so convenient and safe to use. I cook fries, chicken wings and much more with no mess. Every part can be washed my hand or dishwasher except for the electrical unit. When you want to change the oil, you turn knob to have the old drain in plastic container at bottom. Empty/refill.

This is the best deep fryer I have purchased so far, I love the feature that the deep fryer automatically drains, filters and stores the oil for you so you always have nice oil to deep fry and you can clean you fry basket and the container where the oil is so it reduces the smell of old burning oil. It is the perfect size for my family of 3. It was worth every penny .
