Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne is a very good choice for wedding gift, anniversary gift, any celebration of someone you love! It's a low to medium priced champagne ($65 approx) with good flavour, soft bubbles, classic champagne colour and dry finish. I really enjoy it from time to time, no need to pair with anything, but if you must chilled prawns are my fav.

This is my very favourite reasonably priced go to champagne for Special Occasions and New Year's Get Togethers! It has a beautiful bubbly, slightly citrus flavour. Priced around $60-65 per bottle it is an excellent Hostess Gift and what I always serve at New Years!
