If you have to..
So I definitely love the idea of cardboard better than plastic and so that why I tried these bad boys out but honestly, they are uncomfortable to insert & sometimes they don't insert correctly because it just doesn't work as well as the plastics applicators. Use it if you have to or if you're on a budget but I would try the other products they offer first.
Applicator gets stuck
Other than the fact that the applicator is hard to use they are good quality and effective. I do like tampax products but the cardboard applicator is useless when it doesn't work properly.
This IS the only brand i buy.
Ok, so not to be too descriptive, but I know im not the only lady with a SUPER PLUS PLUS HEAVY FLOW.
This is a very afforable, and good quality tampon.
My concern/issue/suggedtion to company would however suggest theycomeout with a maximum flow tampon, one thats for a flow more heavy than super plus. But thats based solely on my personal need rather than the company/brand effectiveness for others.
I still only use this brand, and use liners just incase. And would recommend them to everyone.
Really love this product, its has the effectiveness to protect overnight. although a bit pricy I always manage to find coupons for purchase so weighs out the price. I have showed family and friends different coupons for thsis product and now they buy too!
I feel like this product does the job.. if you know what I mean. You don't need to spend a fortune on a fancy plastic applicator. Keep in mind that you also should pick something that is appropriate for your month.
Been using these for years and I won't switch!!! I feel comfortable with them. No leeks and they are biodegradable to which i like better than the plastic applicator.
I was a Tampax Pearl snob until recently when I started having to pay for these all by myself. The plastic ones are just way too expensive when you are on a limited budget and in the end these work just as well as those. The cardboard might not be as smooth and a little bit uncomfortable at first, but I got a hang of it eventually and now they work fine for me. They do not leak, stay in comfortably and are extremely easy to remove because of the little string attached.
Tip: This is another product where it is best to buy online and in bulk.
I do find these work the best and are the most comfortable for me but I also find them quite expensive unless you can get them on sale.
I love Tampax and have been using them along time. I need an applicator otherwise i never get it in high enough that i dont feel it. However the cardboard isnt that great sometime once inserted the cardboard sticks and wont push the tampon in then i end up with a dud and have to throw it out. Secondly it hurts and a bit uncomfortable with the cardboard applicator.
The product its self really absorbs for those heavy days.
