My review is more specific to the applicator than the tampon itself.
The applicator has to be pulled out and then click into place. Ive found that it doesn't always stick and pushes in part way through use.

I did buy this product for almost free with coupons, so thankfully not much waste!

I do like Tampax products but the plastic applicator is not pleasant for me to work with.
I prefer the cardboard ones. I will use these if I don't have any other options though.
I find the plastic scratches and pinches a bit. After the application, they work as intended
and are comfortable.

Tampax make me have irritation and inflammation so I stopped using them, I think I must have an allergic reaction of some kind to them. I have noticed that tampax tampons feel a lot harder than Playtex, they seem to made different I guess.

They worked fine, but I have to admit I was realy kind of annoyed by the packaging, I found them difficult to open quickly and quietly.

These were so cute! I brought them on my honeymoon to Hawaii and loved how discrete and cute they were. They worked well and had great absorption. I will definitely buy these! Thanks Chick Advisor for letting me try them for free!

I usually stick to the same U by Kotex tampons, but since I received these tampons to review, I decided to only use these during my whole period. First, I'd like to say that I do in fact like the packaging. The little sticky flap really comes in handy. Next, I thought the tampon was quite easy to put in. Lastly, my only real complained is the way the tampon opens up inside you. I prefer the the type of tampons that open up like a skirt. These ones open up like a butterfly (if thats the right way to decribe it). I thought that feature made the tampons quite unconfortable to take out. Thus, this last part is the reason I would repurchase.

I loved the plastic sleeve that these tampons come in. They have a leakproof plastic you can put the used applicator in and it's resealable! However that was the only thing I liked about these tampons. The applicator was cute. But nothing special than any other plastic applicator out there. I didn't think there was a need for colors and little designs on them. Not something I really need. As for leak proof and effectiveness I didn't find them any better than any other tampon I use. If anything I found them worse. I wouldn't go out and purchase these. I will stick with my regular brand.

I tried U by Kotex Regular tampons. I only had 2, and they both lasted me 2 hours on my heaviest days.
Now, I use Tampax Radiant Regular and they last me 4 hours. (always wear a pantiliner or ultra-thin pad underneath in case your tampon overflows and drips onto the protective piece). I like those new "purple" tampons and they have a new grip on them and the wrapper is resealable so it makes it easier to throw them out vs.

I LOVE these! I've been using Tampax Pearl regular unscented for years and the Tampax Radiant tampons are just as comfortable and reliable, but with even better packaging. The applicator is purple with a cute swirl design on the grip, so not only is it aesthetically pleasing it is also easier to grip and use the applicator! The individual packets have a cute subtle design and also have an easy to open seal which conveniently reseals when throwing away the applicator. Great product in terms of functionality and aesthetics! I will definately tell my friends about this product. Thanks Chickadvisor!
