My holy grail!

This is the best foundation I have ever used for my skin. Its pricey (51 dollars Canadian) but it's pretty worth it because the pay off is amazing leaves you with perfect blank canavan skin.

Great coverage long lasting

This foundation is really good. Although I personally no longer use it, i will recommend it to anybody looking for a good coverage foundation willing to pay the price. The reason i no longer use it is that i prefer light coverage and this is just a little too much for me. That being said, It did stay very well on my oily skin. very natural finish too.

Great Coverage

The Tarte foundation is easy to apply with a blending sponge resulting in really good coverage.

The foundation is a bit pricey so ask for samples at Sephora to match your color preference before a full bottle purchase.

Best foundation

I have tried so many foundations including high end and drug store; this one is one of the best i have tried.
This foundation is creamy without being cakey. The coverage is great and lasts all day. I use the shade light beige.

awesome foundation

its a great full coverage foundation, doesnt make my skin oily and stays on all day like it claims, it was easy to build coverage and made my skin look flawless

Disappointing, Weird Putty

I was so excited to try another tarte foundation. The colour, light beige, is probably one of the better matched to my skintone. Also, it has almost no scent, which I have to give props for. Unfortunately, I do not like the wear of this at all. It goes on very thick, in a strange putty consistency that doesn't seem to melt into the skin at all, making it caky when set with powder. I found it caky even before applying a setting powder! Also, it does not last through the day very well. I do not have issues with oily skin, but after only a few hours, it wears off in my t-zone and looks blotchy no matter which primer i use. Maybe this is a better product for someone that wears more foundation but I personally find the finish unnatural and definitely not 12 hour.

A favourite for sure!

I have dry skin, so when I choose liquid foundation, I try to find ones that won't settle into dry patches or look cakey. This foundation does the job! It does not cause these issues at all, is very long wearing, and applies beautifully!

One of my all time favourite foundations!

I love this foundation! It's one of my favourites! I love that it's full coverage and makes my skin look smooth and flawless! The only downside I can see is that it does feel a bit heavy, and if I don't moisturize, it can look cakey. Other than that it's pretty well perfect, and there's lots of shades to choose from.

I have tried multiple higher quality foundations and this one beats everyone I tried out of the park, it’s a little heavy but I don’t mind, it’s full coverage, buildable, and has an amazing matte finish. It stays all day without budging and looks natural

Great Coverage

I typically look for a foundation that is long lasting with medium coverage. This foundation does both for me. It is available in wide range of shades. I found that just a little goes a long way with this product, which means I get a lot of use out of one container. It doesn't make my face feel oily or weighed down but still gives me the coverage I need. Occasionally if I put on too much I started to get a caked on look, but that's more of a user error than the product. The only downfall is the price, however I believe it is worth every penny.
