Mascara

I LOVE Tarte cosmetics, so on one of my last online orders from them, I added this mascara to my cart since I had already tried the Maneater mascara. I did NOT like this mascara. I found it lumpy and clumsy and it dried out incredibly fast.

For the prize of this product and the fact that my lashes really didn't look good with it i would not recommend. There's so much better drugstores mascara out there!

Flakes and smudges off

I love tarte eye-shadows, but this mascara really disappointed me. I recently switched to this mascara from a drugstore brand, and it is honestly terrible. It flakes and smudges off easily, and barely holds a curl for an hour. I've only been using it for a few weeks and at this point I'm just using it to finish it. Thank goodness it is the mini version. Would not repurchase.

I purchased this mascara from Ulta because I was hearing a lot of great things about it. However, was quite disappointed. My eyelashes were so clumped and felt super heavy with very little product on. For the price of this mascara I feel it should have done a lot better then it did.

I was so disappointed in this mascara. It was expensive, and did absolutely nothing for my lashes. I usually love Tarte products but this one really fell flat. My lashes looked clumpy and it left dark spots under my eyes as this dry mascara clumped off all day long. Will not be repurchasing.

I am so disappointed with this product. I wanted to try something new when I last visited Sephora but I should have sticked to my Marc Jacobs Volume Intense instead. This mascara is average : not enough volume and lacks quality. You can find better options at a drugstore for sure. I also hate the build up that forms at the top of the tube.

I didn't like this mascara at all, I naturally have long eyelashes anyway, but this mascara did nothing for them, it also comes out in too light of a coat, if you want any effect you have to put on like 4 coats and that's just an inconvinence for me. For the price of this, I do not think it was worth it at all, very disappointing.

I don't understand what all the hype about this mascara is about - maybe it's just my short Asian lashes talking, but I definitely do not like this mascara. The bristles makes it very hard to leave any product on the lashes - so it takes about 20 coats just to make sure it is visible. Also, the bristles are very rigid (almost sharp), that it hurts my upper lid when I apply it from the root of my lashes. The only thing I like about this mascara is the overall finished look. It fans out the lashes and doesn't clump. But for the time and effort it takes to apply, not to mention the slight discomfort when applying to the bottom of my lashes and the price, I will definitely not be using this again.
