Underrated concealer!
This concealer was one I got as a sample. I have very dry skin, and my undereye area can crease quite easily. I had heard mixed reviews of this concealer, but when I tried it, I found that the unique sticky texture along with the “creaseless” formula were quite effective. While it isn’t my favourite, I have repurchased it and it does have good lasting power and, when you use it in thin layers and not too much of it, indeed stay creaseless!
Decent, but sticky
The Maracuja Creaseless Concealer from Tarte is great in coverage and I would recommend it to people that look for a hydrating concealer rather than a matte concealer. Having oily/combo skin, I personally prefer the Shapetape since it does mattify. I found that the texture of the concealer was slightly sticky and I wasn’t too fond of it. Overall, the coverage is about medium-full coverage and is great for people with dry skin.
Good, kind of like Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer
It is thick, I use this on no-makeup makeup days. You only need a very small amount if you want to keep it natural. The Tarte Shapetape has more product. I use the color medium. I think it will crease under your eyes, so I would recommend another thinner concealer for that area but this is great for everyday. It’s very similar to the Nars concealer.
moisturing concealer
this is the best concealer for dark under eyes that tend to be dry. the formula is very moisturizing but dries down to a natural skin finish. the color selection is pretty decent too. I found a shade where I can wear just the concealer alone and still brighten the under eye area. as the name states this concealer is not creaseless and will need to be set. I've used both the Milani prep set and go translucent illuminating powder and Laura mercier secret under eye brighten powder with decent success.
