Good product

This was an average foundation.it wasn’t sure spectacular but does it’s job pretty well. It has good coverage and isn’t too drying on my skin so that’s why I gave it 4 stars!!!

Great natural looking foundation

Love this foundation. It goes on very easy and can blend well and build. Looks natural. Also enjoy adding some to sunscreen for a tinted sunscreen. A little goes a long way. Doesn’t dry out my already dry skin.

Amazing foundation

I decided to buy this foundation after getting so many good reviews from my friends. I love how my face looks when I use it. It just makes my face brighter without making it look greasy and it does last for a long time. I definitely recommend it

Great coverage

I love how this feels very light with great coverage. This is my go to foundation and love how the product is vegan friendly with plant extracts. This foundation has made my skin look very smooth and is easily buildable.

Did not work for me

Visited Sephora and the very nice sales consultant suggested I try Tarte's Rainforest foundation so he gave me a samples. I was really excited to try it because it is water based, doesn't use any harsh chemicals in their products, is cruelty free and vegan friendly. Tried it the next morning going to work and right away once I applied it I could tell it wasn't going to work but I gave it all day to see how it went. Unfortunately this foundation just didn't work for my skin, it become very patchy throughout the day and clung to all areas on my face, and it did take a bit of product to build up to where I like it to be. The consistency is pretty watery and coverage could do anything from light to low end full coverage. It is pretty pricey at $51 CDN at Sephora, the only good thing about it was that it kept me pretty matte throughout the day. Packaging is in a glass bottle with a dropper for a dispenser which I don't have a problem with and the colors of their packaging were super cute.

Awesome product, awful packaging

Bought this product after watching a review on YouTube. Its available through Sephora for $51 CAD so its definitely pricey. Almost full coverage, easy to work with, reacts well to my sensitive and breakout prone skin, but it has a dropper applicator thing that is a pain and its impossible to use all the product in the bottle with it. I ended up dumping all the product left in the bottle into a new one so it didn't go to waste.

Love this product, but would love it more if repackaged and put it in a pump top bottle.

Could be better

I would say I do like this foundation however something about the overall finish doesn’t sit right for me. It seems slightly blotchy even if I try to use multiple things to apply it. You can’t tell in pictures but up close I can tell. The color selection is great. It gives a smooth finish and slightly powdery around drier areas of my face.

Overall I say give it a try because it does look nice just something about I’m not liking that will make me purchase again.

holy grail!

This is the best foundation i’ve tried to date! It feels lightweight on your skin yet still gives amazing coverage, doesn’t cling to dry spots or acne spots and has never broken me out! love!

Love of my life

Very good coverage for such light feeling product. Feels natural on the skin and never cakes. Luminous finish It is the perfect match for my skin. It is also hypoallergenic so my skin has had no reaction to it. This is rare for most foundations for me. I wished the foundation was longer lasting. the foundation is a bit pricey.

Worth It!

After several foundations left my skin looking orange or like a ghost, I finally found this foundation at Sephora. It's more than I would have normally spent (runs about $50 CDN) on foundation, but it's worth it - plus it lasts quite a while thanks to the dropper. I have combination skin, so I struggle to find a product that isn't too greasy or cakey, and this one is it! Definitely recommended!
