Needs warming up

It was very dry and clumpy when I tried this at first. Probably my fault though because I tried it immediately after receiving it in the mail lol. But when it warmed up, I ended up liking it. It’s has a very thick wand with uneven bristles. It’s actually very lightweight on my lashes but gives volume and length. I don’t think it’s waterproof, but it did not create a mess throughout the day. However, for the price point, I think there are drugstore mascaras that can perform even better.
