Got a sample of the matte one in my Glossybox, and liked it. It wasn't my color but it stayed on my lips forever, even with drinking beverages all day, and eating. I was amazed. So off to Sephora I went (Beauty Boutique by my house doesn't carry Tarte) I trot. They had a glossy line with tons of colors. So I picked one I like, and I got glossy lips with all day wear! :) Amazing. Price was average. But once I figure out how long it lasts me, I can determine if it's better then I think. I just purchased another tube as well, for a different color.
