Not the best for non coffee drinkers

While I do like the convenience and ease-of-use of the Tassimo I am disappointed in the very small selection of products available that are not coffee. The hot chocolate is rather hard to find and honestly isn't that much better then much less expensive powdered mixes and there are so many more tea flavors that could be offered, even cider would be great. I do love the chai latte.

Need more coffee!

I got my tassimo as a gift and its the best gift ever! I love my chi latte and my cappuccinos and my esspresso but sadly there's not to many other options and prices are always so high and tassimo coffee is always more tricky to find would love more options and for it to not be crazy expensive..the coffees i do drink taste amzing

I enjoy a good cup of coffee every day, I'm about quality not quantity. I found the Tassimo system to be ideal for my needs, brewing the one cup. It is extremely easy to use, and suitable for those who drink 1-2 cups per day. What I don't like about this product is the amount of packaging that comes with the tassimo pods, this is very wasteful. Each package contains a lot of garbage, and without a method to use your own coffee (a reusable option) each pod must be discarded after use. It leaves a bigger environmental footprint than other machines. Other than that, I have had my machine for a year and a half without any complications.

I love the convenience of the Tassimo. I work from home and use my brewer frequently. There is lots of variety to choose from including great lattes and cappucinos.

The Tassimo is a easy to use piece of equipment and has a large variety of coffees and specialty coffee drinks. The only downside to this machine is the cost and the ease of making specialty drinks.

After we bought the Keurig brewing system, we noticed that Tassimo T-discs are available in much more varieties so we decided to add a Tassimo brewing system as well! I will have to say that the Keurig machine is nicer, more powerful, but the coffee drinks that come made for the Tassimo are much better! We get the nabob cappuccino t-discs and latte packs regularly, then add a few pumps of Starbucks vanilla or toffee nut (my favourite) to sweeten the drinks and it's lovely.

As with everything maintenance is required, we have to "de-scale" the tassimo regularly and I find once in a while the t-discs leak and do not empty out all the way, so I have to cut them out and pour out the remainder. It is for that reason that I gave it a lower rating for Quality. Overall though, I am very happy with the machine and would suggest it to everyone that loves making coffee at home.

Between the Keurig and the Tassimo, the Tassimo definitely wins. The range of types of coffee is excellent, from regular to latte to iced tea and pretty much everything in between. These newer models are faster than ever (I'm on my third machine) and the lattes come out hot and flavourful. Pricing is ok for the pods, but the machine can be found for as low as $60 in some places when on sale.
My only issue is that with the regular coffees and espresso there is a slight aftertaste to the coffee - and almost all the regular coffees taste pretty much the same, whether it's Nabob, Second Cup or McCafe.

I love our new Tassimo. We have stopped going out to get coffee and make it ourselves at home. The coffee tastes much better from this machine. We also bought hot chocolate which tastes awesome!

This is great to have to treat guests when not everyone likes the same thing. There are a lot of different flavours out there, and even hot chocoltte. I love the foam you get on top of some of them. I would use it everyday if it was not as expensive.
