The disks for the hot chocolate and lattes don't work very well. Read many reviews on their website about them and it is not an isolated complaint. The teas and coffees are great, but machine does not work (it does not recognize the bar code very well) if you want hot chocolate or lattes.

I absolutely love this brewing system! Having thought I was a true coffee connoisseur, I refrained from buying a Tassimo for a long time, as I made my own espresso coffee with an espresso machine. Now that I purchased this Tassimo, I find it is great and easy to use! Great taste and so fast, it makes it much easier to get a good cup of joe.

Makes every morning so much easier.

I mainly use my Tassimo when only I am having a coffee - when hubby and I get up together we still make a big pot of coffee as we would go through 1/2 a package of Tassimo per morning and then it really is expensive - overall the price is very good and the selection is excellent - just wish they had more give aways like Keurig does for their coffee

I won my tassimo and wondered if I would use it much. But have found I use it every day and wouldn't be without it. My favourite thing is all the different flavours of coffees and teas. You can have a different one every day and not have to make an entire pot or if you have company everyone can have something different. I have had my tassimo for about a year and have had zero problems with it.

I love my Tassimo. I really like the avaliable products for the machine. The Nabob Breakfast coffee because it comes in extra large, love the timmies coffee regular and the decaf is great as well. There is a large amount of teas that you can choose from as well. The hot chocolate is a real disappointment though. Not enough choices and the ones that are there are not that great in my opinion. I would love to see a Irish Cream coffee!! The prices for the coffee are great. I find a lot better priced then the other machine you can buy. Wouldn't trade my Tassimo for anything. I love it and will continue to use it.

My hobby and I drink coffee via Tassimo, it's fast and easy to operate button make our lives more easier, thus there are tons of choice of brand and favour for T-cups

Bought one of these for my elderly mother last Christmas and she loved it at first .she only has one or two cups seat and after 5 months the machine broke with no warning . Just stopped . They honoured the warranty but then it happened again 7 months later . Turns out it is this tiny cheap piece of plastic that pierces the disk gets warn down obviously with minor use and they would not replace it again . By this time we had invested in the coffee turnstile , numerous coffee , tea and hot chocolate for when my daughter and I go there so grandma insisted on another one which I had to buy again so I could get alittle piece and quite . That was 3 months ago and I am crossing fingers this lasts abit longer . Not impressed when all is added up dollar wise or service wise .
