Doesn't exactly live up to the name..

Each granola bar is 140 calories. You can purchase a package of these at Loblaws for just under $5. 5 bars come per package. Each bar contains 8% iron, and 8% fibre. There are 2 grams of protein per bar. The bar is soft and chewy. There are a lot of oats. The bar is made up of oats and rice crisps. The bar is soft and chewy with a nice crunch and texture from the oasts and crisps. The texture is very unique and delicious. There are oats, brown rice syrup, pecans, coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg in the bar. This is certified vegan. Tastes like apple crumble or apple pie. Does not taste like an oatmeal cookie. Strong cinnamon flavor which gives the taste of apple. Wrong name - would say apple pie. Key lime is the best flavor of these bars. These bars are expensive. The ingredients are simple and there are not many of them which makes it good and nutrition. Not overly sweet. Disappointing
