Good quality icing sugar which makes beautiful buttercream and iconic icing. I use icing sugar at home and at work and would never buy anything other than Tate and Lyle.

I prefer this icing sugar over other brands because I can get away without having to sieve it, it always falls out the bag in a loose powder and never in clumps.
