Not for the weak!

This is a serious black tea. I have been looking to wean myself off of coffee and after a few alternatives I think I found a winner. The Tazo Breakfast Tea has a very bold taste and definitely seems to give me a jolt in the morning. I do find it quite strong but also bitter so I have not mastered drinking it black yet and have to add some milk and sweetener.

I like it

This particular tea, I like but it's not my go to. It is good as a pick me up instead of drinking coffee all day long. The taste is there but it's not my favourite. Still really good though!

A reliable brand with a tasty tea!

I enjoy the Tazo teas. They usually produce good and full flavours without a ridiculous amount of waiting time to steep. The tea seems to be high quality. One thing I was surprised about with my first box of Tazo teas was the tea bags. My first thought was, well, this explains the price. My next one was... but it doesn't degrade... and I was saddened. I will continue to buy their teas when they are on special as they are yummy but I also look forward to the day they come up with another high end tea bag option that is also eco-friendly.

A great tea to give you that morning pep you need

It has been said that certain teas have more caffeine than a cup of coffee and I have struggled to find a tea that gives me the same morning kick in the pants that coffee does. This tea finally hit the mark, though it can be very strong if you drink it without any added sweetener. I didn't find it bitter, which was what I was expecting, and it definitely left me more awake after just one cup.

Nice tea

This traditional English breakfast tea is one of my favourites. It tastes refreshing and tastes like real tea. I usually buy it when it's on sale, quite affordable .

Great product

Tazo brand its the best tea , it taste much better then any other tea brands.. it doea what it says , will definitely awake you , if its your morning tea, highly recommend to everyone, to add it in there busy mornings..

Dull taste

I am a tea person and mostly drink only black tea without any flavour added. Tazo Awake English breakfast tea is a little bit dull for me. It doesn’t have a reach aroma. The taste is not reach at all and when I leave tea bag for long time the tea has bitter aftertaste but still not reach

Great for an afternoon pick me up!

When the 2PM slump happens, I turn to Tazo's Awake English Breakfast tea. It tastes great with a little fresh lemon juice to get you perked up again. It helps keep me going! Highly recommend!

Great flavour!

I don't buy that many bagged teas because I find the flavour is really lacking. Not so with Tazo teas. This is a really good English breakfast, and you can actually taste notes of vanilla in it. I took off one star because I find it a tad bitter that I like my tea, but it's still really good!

Wonderful Black Tea

After steeping and drinking this tea a few times now, it has quickly become one of my favorites. I find it to be very smooth tasting. No cream nor sugar is needed. It's not a strong tasting tea and very palatable.
