Drink a cup almost every night.

I actually drink a cup of chamomile almost every night. I try to keep this as my “treat” it feels indulgent but there isn’t anything bad in it. The flavour is nice, not too strong but I still prefer to take the tea bag out after 4 ish minutes. And there is just something nice about holding a warm mug - isn’t there? I do love this tea. I know it must be a good product since Starbucks uses the brand but I find it a little expensive. I don’t buy it unless I have a coupon or it’s on an insane sale. And I’d prefer if it’s both on sale and I have a coupon. 😂

So calming

I like this herbal tea, it does really calm me down whenever I drink it. I usually have it in the morning or sometimes in the afternoon. It’s very relaxing and refreshing

Our family favorite before bedtime

Having a bedtime routine is important to any family, no matter the age of your children. I love this tea. It is my favorite brand of camomile tea. Its aromatic and the rose hip adds an extra taste. You pay a bit of a premium price for it but I think it is worth the money. Love this tea.
